FREE STANDARD POSTAGE for all purchase total of $55 or more
EXPRESS POSTAGE for all order at a flat-rate of $16.50 regardless of order amount

Please select "Click & Collect - By Arrangement” option at the checkout when placing your order. We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be collected and arrange a suitable time and day for you to pick up from our Balwyn North store .

Overseas customers please note: You may be responsible for additional importing fees, duties and taxes. Please be aware of your country’s importing rules and regulations.

Please note that colours will vary from screen to screen and although we try to depict the products' colours as close as possible with our product images, it will not be exact. Please contact us if you require any assistance.
COLOURFASTNESS & DURABILITY
Please note that we do not guarantee the colourfastness or durability of any products as the end use / usage conditions / environmental factors / effects of wearing / lifestyle / exposure to chemicals / skin PH etc can vary. If you are unsure, please contact us for more information.
With all of our product parcels, we inspect each item's conditions before we dispatch them. We try and package the goods with as much protection / wrapping as possible to avoid breakages and mark any fragile parcels clearly. However, we cannot guarantee any breakages or damages caused by couriers and postal services. If you have any issues with your parcel being damaged in transit, please take a few photos and contact us immediately to discuss returns and claims.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT:
- to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
- to change/fix/update any content of the website including prices, images, product range etc at anytime.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Change of Mind Returns
*COVID-Safe Policy: FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE*
Harmony Beads is happy to exchange an item purchased from us, but we do not give cash refund for change of mind reasons. Any returns or exchanges must be within 14 days of receiving your goods, and at the discretion of Harmony Beads. Proof of purchase must be presented.
Items should be returned to us in a good and re-saleable condition with all labels and original packing intact. All postage costs associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer. We do not give cash refunds, but are happy to issue a store credit for approved exchanges or returns.
Please email us if you have a claim for a faulty item within a reasonable amount of time from receiving the item. We may require images of the faulty item, and may even request for the item to be returned back to us for inspection. If we then determine the good is faulty or damaged through no fault of the customer, we will replace or refund the cost of the item, excluding delivery costs. If we replace the item, Harmony Beads will cover the cost of reshipping to you.
